Falcon Van Conversions Ltd accepts no responsibility for replacement vehicle costs, travel or accommodation costs or any other loss claims arising from a vehicle breakdown or accident.
The Hirer:
The Hirer agrees to take on the hire of the vehicle subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, I hereby acknowledge during the currency of the hire agreement I shall be liable for any offence for all fixed penalty notices under the Road Traffic Offenders act 1991, including any parking/ excess parking notices.
“I further agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Insurance which I have seen and read or have had the opportunity to see and read”.
I agree to fully cooperate and assist Falcon Van Conversions Ltd and their insurers in the investigation of any third-party claim. If Falcon Van Conversions Ltd or their insurers are required to make any payment to a third party as a result of the use of the vehicle involving a breach by you or any Authorised Driver of any of the terms and conditions of the Agreement or our motor fleet insurance policy, you will have to pay on demand all sums paid by our insurers in relation to the claim. If you provide false information in relation to any third-party claim, or if we or our insurers suspect fraud, we may notify the fraud prevention agencies and databases and you may be prosecuted.”
*To obtain a DVLA check code, you need to visit the DVLA website and use their “View Driving Licence” service. You will need your driving licence number, National Insurance number, and postcode (as printed on your licence). The process involves accessing your driving record online and generating a unique code. This code allow us to view your driving licence information for insurance purposes.
